Resurrection Fellowship is a Christian Church that meets at Melvin's Apartment in Elizabeth, NJ.
We are committed to effecting change in the lives and hearts of every individual we encounter. We provide a place of liberty for the believer, and are a profound voice of reason in Christianity today. God has endowed everyone in Resurrection Fellowship with a passionate desire to understand and experience His truth according to His Spirit. We believe that His truth is made clear through the usage of all of the gifts that have been distributed by the Holy Spirit coupled with a sincere examination of every biblical principle and teaching.
We believe that all of our services should afford the Holy Spirit the opportunity to employ the gifts He’s given to “each one” (1 Corinthians 14:26) for the purpose of edifying, educating, and equipping the whole Body of Christ (Ephesians 4). Resurrection Fellowship strives to maintain an atmosphere where the members of Christ’s body have the freedom to obey the leading of the Holy Spirit in whatever way necessary. This is accomplished through intense prayer and submission to the will of God, personal and corporate sincerity, correct biblical teaching, and leadership that is spiritually sensitive.
It is our goal to affect both believers and non-believers alike with the Gospel message and be faithful stewards of what the Lord has given to us. We are working to become the type of Christians that the bible prescribes and are determined to see a composite Christ likeness in everyone.
